Children starting times are listed below

  • Y1 8.55 – 9.00 + siblings
  • Y6 9.00 – 9.10

Dear Parents/Carers,

I am writing to inform you that from September 2020 schools in England are required to deliver the government’s new Relationships, Sex, and Health Education.

Relationships education is statutory for all primary pupils; however, parents/carers have the right to opt out of sex education lessons in Year 6. Please note that the teaching of biological changes is part of the required science curriculum for all children.

As part of the implementation, we are requesting parental feedback on the new curriculum. We initially planned to deliver a parent information session regarding the changes, but due to the current circumstances Miss Hogg has kindly recorded a virtual session that you will find below. After reviewing the presentation and accompanied documents, please let us know if you have any comments or questions regarding the new requirements by completing the Google Form provided.

Kind regards,

Andrew Sinko and Emily Hogg
