Thanks to all the parents who came to fund-raise for Macmillan cancer support. The coffee morning was extra special this year as it was held in memory of a relative of one of our pupil. Our Vision

We have been a community school since 1872. We take pride in being a friendly, caring and welcoming community.  We believe very strongly that when children leave our school they should be confident, kind and tolerant individuals who have achieved their full potential academically and retain a love of and excitement in learning.

We promote aspiration, tolerance and the celebration of diversity.  Our core values are respect, responsibility and excellence.

Our Values

We take a restorative approach to behaviour and managing difference with the school.  Children are encouraged to reflect and explore their feelings and to recognise the impact of the actions on the environment and people around them.

The children's flu vaccine is offered as a yearly nasal spray to young children to help protect them against flu.

Southwark Park is a Rights Respecting School

To find our more about what this means take a look at our gallery page with photos of class charters about their rights and responsibilities.

We currently have a vacancy for an EAL teacher (2 days a week) days flexible Please visit our careers section for more information on any current vacancies.
